FAQ

Do we need to prepare anything?

Bring one person who knows how the work actually runs, and a rough sense of hours spent on the worst offenders. No slide deck required.

What if nothing is worth automating?

We will say so. The map includes a do-not-buy list. Sometimes the answer is a £20-a-month tool, or leaving it alone.

Does the map include building the workflow?

No. The map tells you what to do first. A pilot is a separate piece of work if you want one workflow live in two to three weeks.

How long does the session take?

A half day, usually three to four hours with the right people in the room.
