Who we are

Work Unwound is an AI consultancy for UK SMEs. It is part of the Attache Digital Group. The site is workunwound.com.

The website

This site is for information. Prices, examples, and process descriptions are published in good faith. They are not an offer until we confirm a piece of work with you.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at a volume that harms it, no attempting to break it, and no sending the forms with junk or automated spam.

The free call

The 30-minute scoping call is free and has no obligation. You get a point of view on which process is worth touching — even if you do not buy.

We may decline or end a call if it is not a fit (for example enterprise AI programmes, or a request for a 12-month transformation roadmap).

Paid work

Paid work is agreed in writing before it starts. Typical offers are:

• Opportunity Map — a half-day working session and a written map.
• Pilot — one live workflow, usually in two to three weeks.
• Keep it running — monthly support to keep a workflow working and add the next one when agreed.

What is in and what is out is listed on the pricing page and confirmed in the quote. Software licences, replacing core systems, and unlimited new workflows are not included unless we say so in writing.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site exclude VAT. The price for a pilot is a range until we have enough detail to quote a fixed figure.

Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue.

What we need from you

To do the work we need a real process, someone who knows how it runs today, and access to the tools you already use — within reason, and only as agreed.

Delays on access, decisions, or feedback will push the timetable. That is not a breach on our side.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a set number of hours back, a revenue figure, or that a particular tool will be the right answer. If a cheaper tool will do, we will say so.

AI and automation can be a bad idea for some jobs. Saying that is part of the service.

Intellectual property

You keep your data, documents, and the content of your business. You also keep the live workflow we install for you, once it is paid for.

We keep our methods, templates, scoring approach, and the Work Unwound name. You may not resell our materials as a product of your own.

Confidentiality

We will treat your business information as confidential and will not publish client names without agreement. You will treat our unpublished methods and quotes the same way.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

For everything else, our total liability for a piece of work is limited to the fees you paid us for that work. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss.

You remain responsible for your own systems, backups, and the decisions you take after our advice.

Ending the work

Either of us can stop a piece of work by written notice. You pay for work already done. Monthly support can be ended at the end of a paid month unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms for future work and for use of the website. The version on this page is the current one. Work already agreed in writing stays on the terms that applied when it was agreed, unless we both sign a change.
